Yes! We would be happy to provide stocking or similar delivery service to your rental during your visit. You can order before you arrive, or place an order once you’re checked in. The fees are the cost of the order, plus a delivery fee usually between $50-80 depending on order size and complexity billed after delivery.

Must be 25 years old to book. Please inquire about arrangements if under 25. We may require photo ID at check in.

Almost all of our properties do have a crock pot.

Verizon is the best signal around, but when you come to Taos you should plan on having spotty service at best, regardless of carrier. Taos Ski Valley Coverage Valdez, El Prado, and Arroyo Seco properties may have spotty or minimum cell signal, Taos Ski Valley has better coverage as does the town of Taos.

Several of our properties have Hot Tubs. Specific listings will show you that information under Amenities heading on the listing page.

In Taos you can usually get by without the 4WD until we have a bad snow storm once or twice a year. Check the forecast and your listings for clear indications. Taos Ski Valley, Gallina Canyon/Valdez visitors should plan to have 4WD, AWD or at the very least tire chains to travel to their properties and to all guests should have such to drive to Taos Ski Valley between late November and late April. High Alpine environments such as ours are harsh and unforgiving to the unprepared traveler and many of our areas do not have cell coverage.

Dogs (and some other companion animals, please inquire first) are welcome at many of our properties, and are not at some. You can ask for exceptions to bring a pet at some properties, but there are some properties which expressly forbid pets to come as guests due to policies held by the home owners organization, so please make sure you ask about bringing pets if you don’t see a pet friendly note on a listing. We do charge pet fees at our discretion for additonal cleaning or risk. We may ask you to purchase the damage protection waiver for an additional $69 per reservation.

Taos and Taos Ski Valley are dog friendly places, but there are not many areas for dogs to play offleash safely so please prepare accordingly.

We provide a list of amenities we offer as a minimum at each of our rentals, though some amenities differ by property, see our Terms and Conditions “amenities” for the minimum items we provide for guests.

Some homes/condos do have complimentary coffee and/or tea. Some do not. It is best to bring what you like, or check the listing details. There will be a drip coffee maker at minimum, and filters will be provided.

Yes! We will gladly provide a mid stay tidy up, full clean or laundry service for a fee. Please contact us to schedule.

No – all Abode rentals are private residences and guests receive full access to the home with any exceptions are listed clearly up front. We respect your privacy but are here if you need us. We love guests who communicate their needs so we have the opportunity to meet and exceed them.

It is best to ask us specifically about shipping after booking – please don’t assume or you’ll end up tracking down your package or having it returned. New Mexico does not have home postal delivery in most locations, so anything shipped USPS will need to use an alternate delivery address. UPS and FedEx can deliver to some Arroyo Seco properties, but will NOT deliver to Taos Ski Valley addresses. We can provide alternate shipping addresses for your items if you arrange with us ahead of time.

We will do our best to reunite guests with lost belongings, but we will charge a fee beyond shipping to visit the post office on your behalf.
