Home configuration:
Downstairs main house is two large bedrooms, one king w spa like ensuite bath and another queen plus twin bedroom with a hallway bathroom; upstairs, two bedrooms with a bunk and twin (first room), two bunks in second room and a full bath at the end of the hallway. A huge open concept gathering area for all guests includes a large sectional sofa and smart tv with sound system, lots of games, as well as a dining table for 12, a card table, and an island bar with 4 seats off the kitchen. There is a half bath right off the entry area and you can access the Game wing there as well. The game wing feels very private from the rest of the main house. The downstairs game wing offers a bedroom with a twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Main house can sleep 16.
An Upstairs apartment - NOT INCLUDED IN LISTING IMAGES can be added for larger configuration: bedroom with queen bed; second bedroom with bunk and two twins. Apartment adds another six sleeping spaces for a total of 22 in this larger configuration. The additional space is not always available and has an additional cost so please inquire ahead of time if you will want to use that space.

Great Amenities and Location
by HeidiOur extended family of 12 stayed over 4 nights and had a blast. It's a gorgeous home. There is one big, beautiful master suite, and the rest of the rooms have more of a communal, bunk bed vibe. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We'd absolutely book again.

Forest Hot Tub and Amazing Games
by NisergWe were a group of 16 and 1 dog visiting Taos for a ski trip. The home was amazing. So many wonderful amenities: very close to the lifts, the kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and games were perfect. Highly recommend staying here!
