Ski right up to this condo's entry from Whitefeather. Enjoy modern amenities, two full bathrooms and an apartment kitchen with full sized fridge and dishwasher. Just above the world-famous Taos Ski Valley Ski School, the Rio Hondo Learning Center, up on the slopes, sits the Snow Bear at Taos Ski Valley. Come enjoy the cool, green summer and beautiful fall seasons with us, too. Reasonable rates put a slope-side vacation in reach for any family. Make your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Bring what you need - there is storage and refrigeration. Flatscreen TV and wifi for your subscription services provide the entertainment while mom and dad hit the town in downtown Taos Ski Valley just down the way. Master bedroom has a private entrance so you don't wake the kids. Front room murphy bed also converts for dining table. Great views of the Taos Ski Valley will keep you coming back for more. Snow Bear in the heart of Taos Ski Valley is known for cleanliness, proximity to all that is Taos. We are available to advise guests on trip planning and are around the property incase issues arise. 4 wheel drive is a must in Winter - the condos are really up on the mountain and we got a lot of snow. Once you are here you can ski everywhere you need to go (in Winter with coverage) or take the brand new gondola or beginner lift just a quick walk from our front door to the base area to enjoy the newly revamped Taos Ski Valley. In the summer, the resort is quieter, but the hiking, fishing and biking opportunities in the cool mountain air are tremendous.

Cozy & Perfect
by TaylorWe had a lovely time staying here and skiing at Taos! Definitely recommend having a car that handles well in the snow (we arrived in a snow storm). Loved being able to grab food to cook at the little mart in the village and ski it back to the condo and make dinner in the kitchenette! Condo itself was cozy and perfect for the two of us. Didn’t hear neighbors at all so felt very private despite having a shared wall. Would love to stay again when we come back!
Comfortable & Great Location!
by JamesonThis was our third time staying with Greg. There is a reason we keep coming back. We love this place. While it is a older building, it is very comfortable and a great location. Units like this are hard to find in Taos Ski Valley! It is a bit of difficult drive to get to the parking lot, so 4x4 is pretty much a must during the winter. However, once you are to the unit, you can easily walk or ski to the main base of the ski valley. We’ll definitely be back!

by BoGreg and Caitlin are great hosts! Extremely communicative throughout the entire stay. They checked in almost daily to see if we needed anything. Like previous guests have indicated, 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive in the winter months! We received several inches of snow during our stay, and the roads were very well kept daily. As to the ski in ski out capability, we never actually attempted it, we just drove back and forth to the ski village itself (3mins). Overall the cabin had everything that we needed during our stay. It's stocked with plenty of kitchenware to cook your own meals daily. We loved our visit to Taos ski village!!!
